Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver nationwide throughout South Africa.

Standard Delivery

• R99 nationwide
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Free Delivery

• Available on all orders over R750
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Where available, customers may also choose alternative delivery services such as PUDO Locker-to-Locker or PAXI. Availability depends on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, peak periods or courier delays.
