At Aura-Edit, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn.
- The item is in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom engraved or personalised jewellery.
- Earrings that have been worn or removed from their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a faulty or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective or if the incorrect item was sent.
If you require an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the item.
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Aura-Edit cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
