Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on South African orders over R750.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they meet our Returns Policy. Custom engraved items cannot be returned.

Absolutely. Every order is carefully packaged in a jewellery pouch before being placed inside protective packaging, making it perfect for gifting.

Do you offer custom engraving?
Yes. Selected necklaces, bracelets and rings can be engraved. Custom-made pieces generally require a 2–3 week production period.
